Terms & Conditions

Vednex Global Private Limited provides the following services:

• CCTV Surveillance Systems — sales, installation, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
• Computers, laptops, printers, and IT hardware
• Software development and software licensing
• Networking and server solutions
• Audio-video solutions, including LED walls, projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing
• IT, CCTV, and audio-video equipment rental services
• Security systems, fire safety, and access-control solutions

• All orders are valid only after approval by Vednex Global Private Limited.
• Product delivery and service execution are subject to availability.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel an order when necessary.
• Any project scope, delivery timeline, installation requirement, or technical specification may be confirmed separately through a quotation, work order, or written agreement.

• All equipment provided on rent remains the property of Vednex Global Private Limited.
• Customers must use rental equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of any loss, theft, damage, breakage, or misuse of rented equipment during the rental period.
• Rental equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
• Additional rental charges may apply for delayed returns.
• Equipment availability, delivery, installation, collection, and rental duration will be confirmed in the rental quotation or agreement.

• Customers must make all agreed payments on time.
• The Company may charge interest or additional charges for delayed payments, as mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or agreement.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged separately where applicable.
• Products, services, software licences, rentals, and installations may require an advance payment as specified in the quotation or invoice.

• Product warranties are provided according to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services are governed by a separate AMC agreement, quotation, or scope of work.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by human error, misuse, water, fire, electrical faults, lightning, unauthorised repair, or external damage.

Vednex Global Private Limited shall not be liable for loss of data, business interruption, loss of profit, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from the use, failure, delay, or unavailability of any product, service, software, equipment, or rental solution, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All website content, including text, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, and other materials, is the property of Vednex Global Private Limited unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission from the Company.

Information provided by customers through this website, contact forms, chat, quotations, or service requests will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer information with third parties except where required to provide services, process a request, comply with legal requirements, or where the customer has given consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amreli, Gujarat, India.
